Production Worker Helper

Help production workers by performing duties requiring less skill, including supplying or holding materials or tools and cleaning the work area and equipment; assist with general production work and assembling trusses by loading lumber onto truss tables at joints and fastening components using tools such as hammers, nails, drills, screws, and glue application; operate rollers to secure truss plates; load and unload items onto equipment for processing and package finished products for shipping; ensure products conform to company specifications; accurately record product data and remove damaged or ineffective equipment from the processing line; and during winter months, perform cold-weather support duties such as clearing snow and ice from work areas, walkways, and loading zones, applying de-icing materials as needed, assisting with safe material handling in slippery or freezing conditions, protecting lumber and equipment from moisture and freezing temperatures, and maintaining clean, safe, and accessible work environments in inclement weather.

Three (3) months of production or related experience required. Must be able to lift seventy-five (75) lbs. frequently throughout the workday. Must be able to pass employer-paid pre-employment, post-accident, and other random drug testing.
