What is ALM and how does it help me?
ALM (Asesoría Laboral Migratoria) is a platform to discover official H-2A and H-2B temporary job openings in the United States, learn which ones you qualify for, and organize your entire process in one place: your profile, your file and step-by-step tracking.
Is it free? What can I do without paying?
Yes. Exploring jobs, seeing your compatibility, creating your profile, saving jobs and organizing your documents is free forever, no credit card required. You only pay if you decide to activate an application. Start with no commitment in a few minutes.
Does ALM get me the job or process my visa?
No. ALM is not a government entity or legal representative and does not guarantee hiring or visa approval. What we do is help you find official job openings, evaluate whether you qualify, and organize your process so you arrive better prepared. That transparency is exactly what sets us apart.
Where do the job openings come from?
They come from an official source: the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL Seasonal Jobs). We normalize and update them every week, with salary, location, number of positions, requirements and a link to the official work order.
How much does it cost to activate an application and what does it include?
Activation is a one-time payment of $479.00 MXN per application. It includes your personalized checklist, digital file, step-by-step progress tracking and reminders for dates and expiring documents. See the details in Pricing.
How can I pay?
By credit or debit card (Stripe), and in Mexico also by SPEI transfer or cash at OXXO Pay. You choose the payment method when activating your application.
Do I need to speak English?
Not necessarily. Many H-2A and H-2B jobs do not require English. Each job listing shows the required language level so you can apply to the ones that fit you.
Do I need a passport to start?
Not to explore jobs or see your compatibility. You will need it later in the process, and if you don’t have one yet we guide you step by step to get it. Don’t let that stop your progress.
How do I know which jobs I qualify for?

Is ALM trustworthy?

Can I use ALM from outside Mexico?
Yes. Citizens of 90 countries are eligible for H-2 visas, and with card payments you can activate your application from any of them.
