Asesoría Laboral Migratoria ("ALM"), a private platform operated from Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

2. Data we collect
Identification and contact data (name, email, phone/WhatsApp); your work profile data (occupation, experience, education, skills, preferences and immigration history); and the documents you choose to upload (for example, ID or passport) to organize your file.
3. Purposes
We use your data to: show you job openings compatible with your profile, organize and track your process, send you your access code and notifications, provide advisory and support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for other purposes without your consent.
4. Confidentiality and third parties
We treat your data confidentially. To operate the service we use technology providers (database hosting, file storage and email delivery) that act as processors and only process data under our instructions. We do not sell your data. You decide whether to contact an employer directly; ALM does not transfer your data to employers without your action or consent.
5. Document storage
The documents you upload are stored privately and are only accessible to you (and to the ALM team when necessary for your process) through temporary, secure links.
6. ARCO rights
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object to the processing of your data (ARCO rights), as well as to revoke your consent. To exercise them, write to contacto@asesorialaboralmigratoria.com.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Access to your account is via a one-time code sent to your email or WhatsApp.

We may update this Notice. The current version will be available on this page.
9. Jurisdiction and operation
The operation of the service and the processing of data are carried out from Mexico, in accordance with applicable Mexican law.
