Asesoría Laboral Migratoria ("ALM", "the platform", "we") is a private platform operated from Mexico. By using this site and its services you accept these Terms and Conditions.
1. What ALM is
ALM is a private technology platform that helps workers discover official temporary job openings in the United States (H-2A and H-2B programs), evaluate their compatibility and organize their process. ALM is NOT a government entity, nor a recruitment agency, nor an employer, nor a law firm. ALM is not affiliated with USCIS, the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), IRCC or any authority.
2. What ALM does and does not do
ALM helps you: explore job openings from official or public sources, estimate your compatibility with each opening, organize your file, track your process step by step, and access informational guides.
ALM does NOT guarantee hiring by an employer, does NOT guarantee visa approval, does NOT process visas before any authority, does NOT legally represent the user or the employer, and does NOT decide on your immigration eligibility.
3. Nature of the payment (important)
Exploring job openings, creating your profile, seeing your compatibility, uploading documents and reading the guides is free.
The "application activation" is a one-time payment that corresponds EXCLUSIVELY to access to the platform and to the organization and tracking of your process (personalized checklist, digital file and advisory). It is NOT a recruitment fee, it is NOT a payment to an employer for the job, and it does NOT guarantee obtaining a job or a visa. By law, no employer or recruiter should charge you for getting you the job.
4. User responsibilities
You agree to provide truthful and up-to-date information, to use the platform lawfully, and to contact and verify information directly with the employer and with official U.S. government sources. You are responsible for meeting the requirements of the applicable visa program.
5. Origin of the job openings
Job openings come from official or public sources (for example, DOL Seasonal Jobs) where applicable. ALM does not control the availability, validity or conditions of each opening; these depend on the employer and the authorities.
6. No warranties and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". ALM does not guarantee immigration or employment outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, ALM shall not be liable for decisions of employers or authorities, nor for indirect damages arising from the use of the platform.
7. Intellectual property
ALM's content, brand and software are the property of ALM or their owners and may not be used without authorization.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version will always be available on this page.
9. Governing law and operation
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. The service is operated from Mexico.
