Server Captain

Oversee serving staff during set up, serving and clearing; train new servers on the floor; build/maintain rapport with patrons and members; assume servers duties as required, particularly in the service of special guests of honor and VIPs; required to set an exemplary example and to ensure the highest level of service that is provided by the serving staff. *Continuation to Section F.a.5 below: 35 hours a week; Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Variable shifts over 7 days a week that can vary as needed as advertised in State Workforce Agency job order, and in other H2B advertisement sources as per employers recruiting requirements for prospective workers under the H2B program; Shifts may vary: 6am to 11pm.

EMPLOYER REQUIRES PRE-EMPLOYMENT POLICE CLEARANCE AND POST-EMPLOYMENT DRUG TESTING TO BE CARRIED OUT EQUALLY BETWEEN THE U.S. WORKERS AND H-2B WORKERS. ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH. THE 6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED IN BOX F.A.9, CONTEMPLATES 6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE AS A SERVER OR SENIOR SERVER IN A HOSPITALITY SETTING.
