Busser/Server Assistant

Bussers/Server Assistants will be responsible for assisting servers with setting tables in the dining room area with plates, glasses and silverware; traying up (expediting) food; carrying trays and plates (these workers do not take food orders), cleaning and clearing tables, serving water and bread, and assisting with set-up and recovery for banquets and buffets. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 8:00am - 4:00pm, 11:00am - 7:00pm, or 3:00pm - 11:00pm. Shift hours may vary. Please see attached job description for additional information.

The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of service experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club.
