Front Desk Attendant

Front Desk Attendants will be responsible for operating telephones in a polite and friendly manner following proper telephone etiquette, greeting members and guests, assisting with reservations and luggage, distributing The Inn Club information and schedules, and collecting and sorting the mail on a daily basis. Front Desk Attendants may need to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.

The petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of guest service experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club. Individuals who did not work for the company within the last 90 days before their new start date must complete pre-employment background check and drug screening. Front Desk Attendants must be able to lift and carry up to 60 lbs. Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Must have or be able to get ServSafe Certification. Must complete Human Trafficking Training and Blood Borne Pathogens Training upon Hire. Must have or be able to get CPR/First Aid Certification. On-the-Job Training provided. Will Train. Days and Shifts: Following Shifts are available 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Work hours from: 7:00am-3:30pm / 11:00am-7:30pm / 3:00pm-11:30pm /11:00pm-7:30am, shift hours may vary based on the time of the season, daylight, and need. Hourly Wage: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour (based on merit and past experience with our company) Overtime Possible: Overtime may be available at $27 to $34.50 per hour. Employees may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of a discretionary season-end bonus, as well as servicecharges-take out.
