***RFI response*** Employees work as part of an assembly team responsible for manufacturing and assembling snow plows and related components. Duties include assembling mechanical components; providing assistance in the production of snow plows assemblies; reading work orders, and assembly instructions to determine product specifications and material requirements; rotating through various tasks within the production process; performing quality checks on completed products and parts to ensure compliance with specifications; maintaining production equipment and machinery; packaging finished products for storage or shipment; and cleaning and maintaining work areas. Tools and equipment used include hand tools such as wrenches, ratchets, sockets, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers, and measuring devices, as well as power tools including drills, impact wrenches, grinders, and fastening tools. ***Original*** Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling snow plows. Team assemblers can perform all tasks conducted by the team in the assembly process and rotate through all or most of them, rather than being assigned to a specific task on a permanent basis. Clean work areas, maintain production equipment and machinery, review work orders and blueprints to ensure work is performed according to specifications, perform quality checks on products and parts.

Must be 18 due to equipment use. Must show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States. Drug/alcohol/tobacco free work zone. Perform physical activities such as: lift, balance, walk, stoop, handle, position, move, push, pull, carry objects up to 50lbs (possible 2-person). All applicants must be able, willing, qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified and work throughout all areas of intended employment.
