Cocktail Server

Cocktail Servers will be responsible for taking and delivering food and beverage orders, maintaining knowledge on classic cocktails, house cocktail, liquor brands, wine, champagne, beers, and non-alcoholic selection, providing excellent customer service, completing side wok consisting of cleaning and putting menus away, removing/setting votive candles/vases on tables, setting up cocktail tables, restocking their station, preparing for service and breaking down after service, and ensuring a positive experience for guests. Cocktail Servers may need to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 10:00am - 6:00pm, 12:00pm - 8:00pm, or 4:00pm - 12:00am. Shift hours may vary. The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check at employers expense if not returning from the previous season.
