Server

Servers will be responsible for taking and placing food and drink orders, serving guests breakfast, lunch and/or dinner, setting up and bussing tables, and keeping workstations clean. Servers are also responsible for setting up and tearing down club member events and/or banquet events. Banquet event set-up includes rearranging furniture and setting up buffet tables and decorations for events, banquets, and private functions. Servers must follow all county and state food regulations. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 9:00am to 4:00pm or 3:00pm to 10:00pm. Shift hours may vary. May occasionally work double shifts. The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least six (6) months of service experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check and drug screening at the employers expense.
