Busser/Food Runner

Busser/Food Runners will be responsible for setting tables with tableware such as plates, glasses, and silverware, carrying trays and plates, cleaning and clearing tables, serving water and coffee to customers, and polishing silverware and glassware. May need to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 8:00am to 3:00pm, 10:00am to 5:00pm, and 3:00pm to 10:00pm. Shift hours may vary. The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end or high-volume restaurant, resort, or private club. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check at employers expense if not returning from the previous season.
