Hospitality Manager

Perform a variety of duties to ensure guest comfort, convenience, and satisfaction. Duties include: Assist guests with requests for services and monitor guest requests for housekeeping and maintenance. Plan and coordinate travel and hospitality logistics, schedules, and reservations. Secure transportation and prepare for guests’ arrival and departure. Monitor supply inventory and supplies as needed. Assist with special requests, events, and guest logistics including childcare, accessibility needs, and lost items. Provide first-level technical support for guests’ personal and business needs, including configuring and troubleshooting guests’ devices for securely connecting to facility WiFi network, assisting with in-room and common-area technology such as television remote controls and other devices, and escalating unresolved issues to internal IT or third-party support vendors as needed. Handle luggage, deliveries, mail, and other similar business services. Maintain guest lounge cleanliness. Perform other similar, related tasks as needed.

No minimum education required. Experience must be verifiable. Must be available to work split-shifts, nights, weekends & holidays as needed. Minimum 35 hrs/week. Shifts and shift hours vary between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, 7 days per week. Must be able to communicate clearly in English.
