General Laborers

At a single worksite, perform tasks involved in helping with the production of concrete components for bridges. Workers will assist in guiding the concrete out of truck shutes into the bridge forms, tying rebar with wire twisters and pulling cable through the beams by hand. Workers will need to be able to use a shovel, clean and scrape concrete from the forms, patch concrete and finish concrete. May operate hand and power tools of all types in order to position, join, align, or seal concrete components during the process. Clean work station.

Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Frequent bending and working with hands to tie steel. Saturday work required, when necessary. Post-hire post-accident drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
