Farmworkers, Farm, Ranch, and Aquacultural Animals - Livestock

Performs any of the following tasks to attend to livestock: Moving cattle home from summer pasture to feed yard. Fall Cattle work /Pregnancy Checking / Weaning. Feeding cattle. Working and vaccinating cattle. Maintaining feed equipment. Inspect livestock for illness/ injuries. Maintaining winter grazing fences. Maintaining Feedlot pens / Hauling manure. Bedding pens. Prepping barns and grounds for freeze. Cleaning bunks and checking water tanks everyday. Snow removal. Loading and unloading cattle to/from the feedlot. Repair fence in summer pastures. Drive to town to pick up cattle supplies. No CDL Required and no commercial truck driving required.

Minimum of 1 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers' expense due to the presence of children and expensive tools and equipment on the farm. Failure to pass criminal background check will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion.
