Oyster shuckers

Workers may use arm and hands to carry sacks of oysters from storage/cooler to the shucking station. Workers will process oysters at their station using a knife and hammer. Obtain and distribute product; use knife to cut oyster from shell; inspect meat for blemishes and remove/discard, separate processed meat by size or quality and place oysters in containers; assist with cleaning work station at end of shift. Piece rate may be offered; rate is determined based on prevailing wage determination.
