Dining Attendant

Facilitate food and beverage service in tasting rooms, RVs, bars, and outdoor tasting spaces. Set up and put away vineyard equipment such as umbrellas, heaters, and coolers for tasting events and classes. Clean tables; remove dirty dishes; replace soiled table linens; carry soiled linen to or from washing or laundry areas, set tables for new guests; replenish silverware, glassware, and dishes; supply service bar with food; and serve items such as beverages and condiments, to patrons. Prepare charcuterie for tasting events. Keep back-stocked items neat, orderly, properly rotated, and clearly labeled while maintaining floor stock. Clean dining spaces, as needed.

Workers must be 21 years of age or older, must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs, and must be able to work a 5-day work schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
