Oyster Shucker/Warehouse Floor Worker

Oyster shucking warehouse floor worker/oyster shuckers will prepare shell-stock for shucking by washing, sorting using a tumbler, and open the oysters to remove the oyster from the shell, clean, weigh, pack, label, and store. Shuckers will move oyster sacks from coolers and place them on tables, then shuck oysters by removing the meat using an oysters shucking knife, then wash the meat, weigh, label, and store. Shuckers will maintain a clean work area by re-sacking and discarding empty shells.
