Landscaper

Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Tools may include mowers, weed eaters, shears, shovels, rakes, tampers, blowers, stick and hand power edgers, chainsaws (for light cutting and pruning), augers, and hand-held bed trenchers. Duties include laying sod, mulching, mowing, trimming, edging, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, pruning, and clearing debris. Workers may assist with installation of sprinkler systems and mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. This is an entry-level position; duties are performed under supervision and do not include higher-skilled construction trade work.

Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday work required, when necessary. Employer-paid drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers prior to commencing work and posthire post-accident. Post-hire background check required of foreign and domestic workers.
